Billing for Our Services

Our Initial Intake Appointment is $220. We will complete your initial interview, complete any needed paperwork, collect your insurance documents and copy your cards.
Please visit our download page, print off any necessary documents, complete them and bring them with you to your initial visit.

Personal & Individual Session Charges:

60 Minute Session

This is the logest session we currently offer at this time.

45-50 Minute Session

An intermediate office visit.

20-30 Minute Session

Our smallest session. Please let us know in advance if you're session needs to be brief.

Billing Questions & Concerns

Where do I get started?

First things first... Please call our office for an appointment. Then, visit our downloads page and print off the documents you'll need, complete any forms and include the patient/parent/guardian signatures and bring them with you during your initial visit. Also REMEMBER to bring your INSURANCE CARDS.

Do you give a discount for private pay (no insurance) patients?

Yes, typically I charge $70-75 for 45 minutes, $100 for 60 minutes and $150 for intake.

Do you use different forms in an intake for an adult than you do a child?

At this time, I do not. All documents needed are on our downloads page.

What do I need to do to move or cancel an appointment?

I completely understand that things come up, therefore have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If something were to come up and you are not able to make it to your appointment, please call our office to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice of your appointment, you will be charged half of your session fee.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, personal check, and money order. We also file insurance. See our home page for the companies I am currently enrolled with. I am also able to provide you with a SuperBill to submit to your insurance company. If you do intend to submit to insurance, please NOTIFY me asap so that I can ensure proper documentation from the beginning). I encourage clients to speak with their insurance company directly about reimbursement options.
